COMMON QUESTIONS

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

- The exchange will first be for the same product of different size. If there is no stock, it can be made by another product.

Conditions:

- The product must not have been used and must not contain signs of use. (Just to prove it)

- The product must be in its original packaging and with the appropriate labels.

- The deadline for exchanges is a maximum of 7 days after delivery of the product.

- The return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

- It will not be accepted to exchange for another model just because you liked another model after the purchase.

- The customer will bear the return shipping. It must be sent via courier or carrier that contains a tracking number. Only the new product will be sent, after receiving it and checked.

- Once the product is received at our store, a quality analysis will be carried out and the exchange will only be made if all the rules are met.

WHAT ARE THE PAYING WAYS ?

At the end of the purchase, the customer may choose to pay via:

- PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (Payment on delivery fee: ¥ 470)
The customer will be able to pay cash upon delivery.

- BANK DEPOSIT Payment in the mail account (ゆ う ち ょ 銀行)
The deposit fee on behalf of the customer.
It will be reserved only up to 3 working days and if there is no payment confirmation, the product will be canceled and will be sold again.

- PayPal
You can pay via credit card through your PayPal account.

CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We at Present For You work with the utmost care not to ship defective products. However, if any item with manufacturing defect is sent, it will be possible to return the product.

Conditions:

- Return of product with manufacturing defect will only be accepted.

- The product must not have been used and must not contain signs of use. (Just to prove it)

- The product must be in its original packaging and with the appropriate labels.

- The deadline for return is a maximum of 7 days after delivery of the product.

- Once the product is received at our store, a quality analysis will be carried out and the return will only be made if all the rules are met.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE ?

For most provinces, delivery can be made in 3 days. (There may be delays due to shipping conditions)
